Hatha Yoga Proficiency Hatha Yoga

The terms Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga appear to be the later types of yoga and we do not find any mention of these two terms in many of the yoga books. One of the most popular books which mentions the terms Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga is Hatha Yoga Pradipika which was written around tenth century AD.
