    1. Gheranda Rishi begins his Samhita pointing out that the strength one gets from the practice of yoga.

    2. The important step the individual has to take is to maintain good health and to observe good discipline in eating, work habits, rest and sleep.

    3. A divine perfume emanates from the yogi and pervades the whole area wherever the yogi is there.

    4. Follow all the eight limbs of ashtanga yoga at every stage of your practice, and situations of your life to realize the goal of yoga.
