Dhyana is the seventh limb or the accessory of yoga. Dhyana means meditation. Meditation is necessary for all activities.
2 lessons
    1. In dhyana, the mind rests on an object forever. The mind will be totally free from the disturbances of the senses.

    2. In dharana, there will be a number of thought waves in the mind which comes one after another. One thought-wave raises; remains there for a moment and disappears when another thought-wave succeeds it.
