Lord Siva and Mother Parvathi

All the authors of the sacred subjects of Sanathana Dharma believe that the real author is Lord Siva. So, they begin their work, first offering their prayer to Lord Siva and then the text. So, the yogi Swami Swatmarama also begins his treatise Hatha Yoga Pradipika, first offering his prayers to Lord Siva.

The self-centred attitude, the selfishness, adamant to adjust and to share, less sense of concern, demanding, arguing with a hurt feeling, ‘This is my job; this is your job.’ – all these contribute for separation.
