Being active is the nature of a normal person. It is not possible for anyone to renounce all his activities forcibly. Man is not free to restrain his own actions. He is invariably driven to actions. He should attempt to reform his nature.

    1. Everyone has to gratify one’s desires according to one’s level. Senses send strong messages to everybody. One has to manage them properly.

    2. Prathyahara is to withhold the food of the senses. Prathyahara leads to the stoppage of sensual tastes. When material or sensual interests are conquered, the mind gets controlled.

    3. There are ten sense organs, five sense organs of perception and five sense organs of action.
