Sukshma means subtle, minute. Sukshma also means fine, thin, delicate, exquisite. We find everything sharp, precise, accurate in Sukshma Shareera. Sukshma Shareera, the subtle body which is invested by the grosser material frame. The subtle means the all-pervading spirit.
Jnanendriyas are the organs of perceptions. They give the knowledge of the external objects. They are: ear, skin, eyes, nose, tongue
Karmendriyas are the organs of actions. They lead to action. They are : vak, pani, pada, payu, upastha
Vayu is the air. Prana Vayu is the vital force. Prana Vayu, the vital force moves all over the body. Prana is more than the inhalation and the exhalation. This prana, the vital force activates all the systems of the body. Prana Vayu, the vital force is classified into main five pranas called as pancha pranas. Pancha pranas are the five vital airs or the energies of the body.
The five elements of the nature are - the ether, the air, the fire, the water, and the earth. At times, you feel void; you feel unstable or moving madly; you feel that the body is very hot; you feel that you are restless; you feel that the body is heavy etc. These are due to the subtle effect of the elements in the body.
Antahkarana is the internal instrument of the body. Antahkarana is the instrument of self-expression. There are four Antahkaranas: Manas (mind), Buddhi (intellect), Ahamkara (ego), Citta (consciousness).

Sukshma shareera is also called linga shareera. Linga signifies the subtle body, the indestructible original of the original gross body. Sukshma shareera is constituted of the residual impressions of past desires. Vasanas are the residual impressions of the past desires.
