Whether the individual is young, old or too old, sick or lean, all can do yoga.

    3. Success comes to him who is engaged in the yoga practice.

    1. The obstacles are in the outside world and obstacles are in your inside world.

    2. Among millions of yoga practitioners we see different groups with different thoughts and ideas about yoga and in their practice.

    3. Individual practice is possible only when there is no attachment.
