Throughout the practice of yoga, the individual has to observe the changes and improvement in his body, mind and senses.

    1. In bahiranga sadhana, that is in the external practice, the mind is outward; that means, the mind is occupied with the thoughts of the object outside the body and also the external world.

    2. The mind does not take any support from outside the body and goes inside the body. Every thought of the mind will occur inside the body.
